Due to the new technology, there is a possibility that the results may differ from the old version, so further training or changing some settings may be needed, but this can happen only on a case-by-case basis and can be found only during the testing of updated Skill. Hence, we recommend following below steps before updating your Skill Core Technology.
- Backup Your Skill - Make a copy of your existing skill as a backup.
- Initiate the Upgrade - Click the blue arrow button to start the upgrade.
- Post-Upgrade Testing - Test the skill to ensure the results meet your expectations.
- Adjust Settings if Needed - You might need to tweak some settings post-upgrade.
- Publish and Test Again - Publish the skill and conduct further testing.
- Iterate and Troubleshoot - If results are still not favorable after several attempts, consider rolling back using version control.
- Use Backup if Necessary - If rolling back isn't possible (e.g., after publishing the skill more than 3 times), revert to your backup skill copy.
- Create a Support Ticket - If the new version isn't delivering the desired results and you need to use the old version, create a support ticket for further assistance.
