No. ABBYY does not require direct access to your proprietary data to perform the Vantage 3.0 migration.
The migration is executed using automated, system-level processes managed by ABBYY’s Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. These processes do not require access to customer content, documents, credentials, or passwords, and ABBYY personnel do not view or interact with customer data during the migration.
ABBYY operates under strict security and data-handling controls, and all migration activities are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection and compliance requirements, including GDPR. For EU-based tenants, migration operations are handled in alignment with regional compliance obligations.
At all times, customer data remains protected and governed by ABBYY’s established security, privacy, and compliance standards.
