How to request a refund for a purchased iOS application?

Answer

All applications purchased from the App Store, including ABBYY applications, are linked to your Apple ID. ABBYY does not have access to your purchase history, as this information is associated with your Apple ID and is strictly confidential. Apple is the only company authorized to process refunds for purchases made through the App Store. To request a refund for an application you purchased, please follow the instructions in the Apple Knowledge Base article Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
