What is the difference between FineReader PDF for Mobile and regular digital camera?

FineReader PDF for Mobile not only takes a photo of the document like a regular digital camera, but also:

  1. Automatically corrects the perspective to generate the rectangular and upright image;
  2. Crops away unnecessary borders (the table the document is on, for example);
  3. Uses black and white, color or grayscale filters to eliminate noise, enhance contrast and brightness;
  4. The resulting copy is optimized for viewing and printing. You can export it as a multipage PDF or a JPEG image.
