The message "C:\Windows\Twain_32.dll" usually appears when the Desktop Experience Feature is not installed on Windows Server 2008 R2. This Feature is a part of Windows Server 2008 but it is disabled by default.
If you run Windows Server 2008 R2, please open Server Manager → Features and install the "Desktop Experience".
If it does not help or you do not run the Windows Server 2008 please send to technical support* the AInfo report gathered from the machine where the issue occurs. This report (a ZIP file) can be created via the AInfo utility:
- Go to the Engine installation folder, \Bin\Support subfolder.
- Run AInfo.exe and click "Save"
- Wait for a few minutes until the report will be collected
- send the result AInfo.zip to technical support*.
