The operation of ABBYY FineReader 14 in terminal mode has been tested for the following configurations:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 (Remote Desktop, RemoteApp and Remote Desktop Web Access)
- Citrix XenApp 7.9 (using installed application accessed from a server)
FineReader supports TWAIN- and WIA-compatible scanners, multi-function peripherals (MFPs) and all-in-one devices when using in scanning mode.

Sehr geehrte Frau Dvornikova,
FIneReader 14 war auf zwei Rechnern installiert und aktiviert. Ein Rechner (Desktop) wurde verschrottet, da er sich nicht mehr reparieren ließ, auf dem anderen Rechner (Notebook) wurde Fine Reader 14 wegen einer erforderlichen Neuinstallation von Windows 10 gelöscht.
Ich will nun das Programm auf einem neuen Desktop-Rechner von HP und auf dem alten Notebook installieren und aktiveren. Die Aktivierung ist mit der alten Seriennummer FCEP-1401-0006-4940-9683-5521 nicht möglich. Meine Kundennummer lautet: 105116867.
