For FineReader Engine

• FREngine.tlb should be distributed if IEngineLoader interface is used in your application.
• All of these files (FREngine.h, FREngine_i.c, FREngine.tlb) should be distributed if you use one of the scripting languages.

For FlexiCapture Engine

• FCEngine.tlb should be distributed if IEngineLoader interface is used in your application.
• All of these files (FCEngine.h, FCEngine_i.c, FCEngine.tlb) should be distributed if you use one of the scripting languages.

In all other cases, these files should not be distributed.
