What is the difference between "CPU Cores" and "CPU cores per station, minimum" in license parameters?

Answer

“CPU cores” parameter is the maximum number of CPU cores which can be used for recognition.

“CPU cores per station, minimum” parameter is the minimum number of CPU cores which can be used on a station.
