In order to uninstall FineReader Engine and/or FlexiCapture Engine Runtime installation, simply delete all files and folders and uninstall the Licensing Service in if you had a standalone license. 

To uninstall the Licensing Service manually, run LicensingService.exe with the "/uninstall" parameter: LicensingService.exe /uninstall. Then delete the directory with the Licensing Service files.
