Upgrading from FineReader 14 to FineReader PDF 15

FineReader 14 and FineReader PDF 15 can be installed on a computer as two different programs and require different license numbers.

After upgrading to FineReader PDF 15 you also receive upgraded Screenshot Reader and HotFolder. All HotFolder tasks need to be exported from FineReader 14 and imported to FineReader PDF 15 before the old version of the program is uninstalled.

You can delete the old version of the program after you have saved all HotFolder tasks, unfinished PDFs and FineReader 14 projects.

After opening a FineReader 14 project in FineReader PDF 15 you will be offered to re-save the project so you could continue working on it in the new version. Your progress will be saved.

I installed v15 Upgrade but it would not register or accept the license file for v14 so at this point I am out the money spent on the upgrade. Any Ideas ??

Also, I am not getting a very good response from their help desk (now or in the past).
