If you move a locally installed Per Seat license to a new workstation (if serial number contains more than one license ) we recommend to submit support ticket. Please provide support with the license # or workstation name, on which the license were installed previously, and the serial number of the product.
To see the license # on previous workstation please do the following:
- for PDF Transfromer+ open any file in the product and the Help main menu item will appear
- for FineReader 15 and 14 the Help menu item available on main window just after start of the product
In menu Help open About - License info. Here after the Support ID you can see license # from 1 to X (X - number of the Pear Seat licenses in your serial number). Please provide this information to support.
If on the previous workstation the product is unavailable or you are not able to provide workstation name on which product was used previously, you could check all licenses you use currently on your workstations. To do it you'll need to check the license # on each workstation (as described above) and provide all license numbers to support. The support representative will be able to deactivate all unused licenses.
