Restoring access to the Premium account for ABBYY mobile application

Question

How to enable access to the Premium subscription in the ABBYY mobile application, if the Premium features have not been activated after purchasing/renewing the subscription in the application? 

Answer

If the Premium subscription was purchased for the ABBYY mobile application, but the Premium features do not work, try to do the following:

  1. Make sure that the same Apple ID (used for the original purchase) is used on the device. 
  2. Change the Internet connection (for example, use a Wi-Fi connection).
  3. Run the ABBYY application > Go to Settings > Restore purchases.

If the Premium is still inaccessible, please submit a support request and send the following information:

  1. The screenshot of the window "Premium": open the application > Settings > tap on Premium.
  2. What happens after pressing the Restore purchases button? Is there any pop-up message? If yes, please send a screenshot of it.
  3. The screenshot of the main screen of the application (right after opening).
  4. Confirm that the same Apple ID (used for the original purchase) is used on the device.
