How to enable access to the Premium subscription in the ABBYY mobile application, if the Premium features have not been activated after purchasing/renewing the subscription in the application?
If the Premium subscription was purchased for the ABBYY mobile application, but the Premium features do not work, try to do the following:
- Make sure that the same Apple ID (used for the original purchase) is used on the device.
- Change the Internet connection (for example, use a Wi-Fi connection).
- Run the ABBYY application > Go to Settings > Restore purchases.
If the Premium is still inaccessible, please submit a support request and send the following information:
- The screenshot of the window "Premium": open the application > Settings > tap on Premium.
- What happens after pressing the Restore purchases button? Is there any pop-up message? If yes, please send a screenshot of it.
- The screenshot of the main screen of the application (right after opening).
- Confirm that the same Apple ID (used for the original purchase) is used on the device.
