How to remove a FlexiCapture license

To remove the license in FlexiCapture 12 it is necessary to remove the corresponding *.ABBYY.License file from the c:\ProgramData\ABBYY\FlexiCapture\12.0\Licenses folder and restart the  ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Licensing Service: Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Administrative Tools > Services.

    If we follow this process of deleting the license file will the license be deactivated so we can then activate it on another server? Please confirm as that is what were trying to do with no access to the internet?
