Did not receive the Backup CD for my ABBYY program


It may occur that you have ordered the backup CD but have not received it yet. 


The orders from our website are being processed by the 2Checkout online store, thus 2Checkout is responsible for the backup CD delivery.
Please contact the technical support of the 2Checkout online store directly at support@2checkout.com with the corresponding order number regarding the shipping status of your backup CD.
