When trying to enter and register in https://finereaderonline.com/, the following message appears: Email already exists. When trying to use the forgotten password link to get a new password, the following message appears" This e-mail address is not registered with the system.
This issue is caused by a user's profile that had created in another ABBYY online service.
To fix this issue, please, do the following:
- Go to https://account.abbyy.com/forgot-password;
- Enter your email address;
- Click on the "REQUEST PASSWORD RESET LINK" button;
- Follow the instructions from the letter you have received.
