Image size limits in FlexiCapture

Symptoms

When trying to import the image having width/height more than 32512 * 32512 pixels, FlexiCapture throws the error message Image size exceeds limits (32512 x 32512):

ABBYY products can open images formats up to 32512 * 32512 pixels.

Resolution

Bigger images have to be cut into smaller parts and these parts should be processed as separate images.

    Hi Maria,

    We have been getting this error for files that are far below that limit.

    Please see attached image. Can you please tell us how we can debug this?

    UPDATE: 

    I have fixed this issue now. For anyone wondering, you need to make sure all your document definitions to correct the page orientation.
