When trying to send a business card via email or export a CSV file in the Business Card Reader for iOS application, the system dialog with the warning appears:
Please configure your mail account.
The Business Card Reader application uses an email account that is set up in the standard iOS Mail application on a mobile device. The warning message appears as a result of the email account not being configured in the Mail application.
To resolve the issue, please follow the steps:
- Check if the Mail application is installed on the device.
If the Mail application is not installed, install it from the App Store.
- Add an account to the application as described in the following Apple Knowledge Base article: How to set up your email account.
