I can't purchase the application/subscription

If you are not able to make purchase for mobile BCR, FineScanner, TextGrabber (Android/iOS), please try to do the following:

1. Restart your mobile device. 
2. Make sure that you have stable internet connection. 
3. Purchase the subscription once again.

If you did not succeed please try to switch between internet connection types (Wi-Fi, LTE, etc.) and conduct a purchase.
