I can't purchase the application/subscription

If you are not able to make a purchase for mobile BCR, FineScanner, TextGrabber (Android/iOS), please try to do the following:

1. Restart your mobile device. 
2. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection. 
3. Purchase the subscription once again.

If you did not succeed please try to switch between internet connection types (Wi-Fi, LTE, etc.) and conduct a purchase.
