Question

Senior Verification Operators are accidentally sending the task to a Processed stage skipping the Export. How to forbid sending tasks to a certain stage from Exceptions queue?

Answer

  1. Change the Simple workflow to Advanced: open Project Setup Station > Project > Properties > Workflow tab:

  2. Double-click the stage that should not be accessible for manual sending and link it to the previous stage:
