If you use FlexiCapture 11 you may face with the following issue: after scanning documents not all documents are imported in FlexiCapture, empty batches are being created and an error message « not enough memory » appears.
An "out of memory" is a known issue in FlexiCapture 11 based by it's 32 Bit architecture. It was fixed in FlexiCapture 12 and the switch to 64 Bit architecture.
The only known workarounds are to restart the FlexiCapture Services or to split the Input documents.
The best way to solve this issue is to upgrade to FlexiCapture12.
