Screenshot Reader does not start

Symptoms

When trying to launch the Screenshot Reader, it asks to register and the following window appears:

Cause

Missing ABBYY.register file in C:\ProgramData\ABBYY directory. 

Resolution

Register FineReader on the website (In FineReader 15 menu open Help>Register):

mceclip1.png

The program will generate a missing .register file.

If the issue is still actual, after the steps above, please contact the Support Team.
