Symptoms

When starting FineReader PDF 15 OCR Editor, the following error messages appear:  

• IPE: src\Languages.cpp, 306.

• IPE: Packet\RecognizedPagesMonitor.cpp, 31.

Cause

The issue is connected with the User dictionary and Regional settings of the system.

Resolution

The issue is fixed in the latest update (FineReader PDF 15 Release notes). Please update the FineReader PDF 15 program as described in the article - Updating FineReader PDF.
