Error 'Cannot access the Hot Folder directory'

Symptoms

  1. In FlexiCapture Cloud import\export is implemented through the application FlexiCapture Connect.
  2. An error Cannot access the Hot Folder directory.

Resolution

  1. Import\Export Hopfolder must have read\write permission and have a shared network path.
  2. If you have Image import profile > Import from the HotFolder > Image loading disable  Check every x seconds.
  3. Leave the export path in the Document Definition > Export settings empty or specify the directory without the exact root path.
