Symptoms
- In FlexiCapture Cloud import\export is implemented through the application FlexiCapture Connect.
- An error Cannot access the Hot Folder directory.
Resolution
- Import\Export Hopfolder must have read\write permission and have a shared network path.
- If you have Image import profile > Import from the HotFolder > Image loading disable Check every x seconds.
- Leave the export path in the Document Definition > Export settings empty or specify the directory without the exact root path.
