Both Arabic and Farsi are among the predefined recognition languages supported in FineReader Engine. End-to-end recognition for Arabic is also available, which improves recognition quality on low-quality images where general technology may not perform as well.

If you are interested in including OCR for Farsi and Arabic in your application, a trial version of FineReader Engine can be provided upon request.

Note: OCR for Arabic and Farsi are not part of the basic FineReader Engine functionality. They are available as add-on modules and should be licensed separately.
