While using the FC Connect tool to perform calls to FlexiCapture Cloud hosts (e.g. usa.flexicapture.com) you may encounter failures referring to FC Connect log records as:
System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. ---> System.Net.WebException: The remote name could not be resolved: 'usa.flexicapture.com'
"Remote name could not be resolved" errors may be connected with the local network environment.
To solve this you (or your System/Network administrator) need to review the configuration of the local network (e.g. DNS server settings currently in use by your router or computer).
