Service notifications

After you register with ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK, you will receive e-mail notifications from the Cloud OCR team. Below are listed the situations in which the notifications are sent:

Notification type Situation Information to note
Welcome letter Arrives after registration.  
New application Arrives when you create a new application. The password to your application.
New password Arrives when you reset the application password. The new password to the application.
Online purchase Arrives in confirmation of your purchase of a page package.  
Not enough credits Arrives when you try to send a recognition request from an application which does not have enough credits for processing it. The ID of the application.
Balance running low Arrives when the balance of your application goes lower than 10% of the balance it had immediately after the last purchase. The ID of the application and the number of pages it can process with the credits left.
Less than 1 page Arrives when the balance of your application is so low that you cannot recognize one page. The ID of the application.
Credits will expire soon Arrives 7 days before the credits of your application expire.
If you have purchased at least one package, additional notification arrives 30 days before the credits of your application expire.
The ID of the application and the expiration date.
Credits have expired Arrives when your application credits have expired and the balance is zero. The ID of the application.
The balance was replenished Arrives when the Cloud OCR administrator has replenished your application balance. The ID of the application and the number of pages added to the balance.
