Answer

FineReader Engine and Visual Components

  • FineReader Engine for Windows is delivered with Visual Components that allow to quickly implement Graphical User Interface in applications.
  • The GUI elements are available as ActiveX Components (for this reason, they are not part of the Linux and Mac toolkits).
  • The Development Licenses include the Visual Components, there is no additional costs for using them.

  • The Visual Components allow you to easily create an application for scanning, viewing and editing images, editing and verifying the recognized text and monitoring document processing.
  • The FineReader Engine Visual Components is a library of ActiveX components and auxiliary COM classes. This library allows viewing and edit contents of the FRDocument and FRPage objects.
