I had a malware attack and lost all of my stored downloads. I owned FineREADER 15 and lost everything except my previous emails and contacts. Is there anyway to retrieve my software and reinstall?

FineReader will not update. This FineReader download will not install. I use Bit Defender. I will not uninstall Bit Defender, especially given the geopolitical problems with Russia.

Hello Yang,
If you have several licenses or would like to deploy the installation in LAN then you should use the Multi user distributive. For the installation of one license on a local PC please use the Standalone distributive.
