Opening Verification Station fails:Cannot connect to ... (error code: (HTTP 413, 19, 0)).


  • While opening Verification Station initially you may face with the following error:
    Cannot connect to ... (error code: (HTTP 413, 19, 0)).
  • After pressing the "ok", the error message will disappear but soon another error message occurs:
    Error:(403) Access denied. Contact your Administrator.


This error might be caused by low limits.


Please check whether the size limit setting (maxAllowedContentLength,requestLimits) and increase it:

  1. Check Web.config that may be found in the following folder: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\FlexiCapture12.
  2. In order to increase corresponding limits use this instruction:
