Setup of the FineReader Server failed with the error 0x80072ee7

Symptoms

  1. When trying to install the FineReader Server error message 0x80072ee7 appears:mceclip0.png
  2. If there is no internet connection.

Cause

The FineReader Server requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2. 
If it is not installed on your computer, the installation would be launched automatically if there is an internet connection.

Resolution

Install the .NET Framework manually then start the installation of the FineReader Server.
