Symptoms

An error is shown in the FlexiCapture Event logs, but it does not affect the processing of documents by FlexiCapture:

A sharing violation occurred while accessing <a file storage path>

Cause

Such an error can occur when two processes access the same file at the same time. The file is already occupied by one process, and another process tries to connect to that file, which could happen due to the heavy workload (the FlexiCapture component was not able to free the file in time), as an example.

Resolution

If this is the case, and the above error does not affect the processing, then the error does not require any specific actions for elimination.
