Symptoms

When attempting to import users via active directory. and select Search groups, we see the group we want, select it, and click Import but no users get added.

Cause

Active Directory Path contains unnecessary information, for example, LDAP path is used instead of domain controller address:

CN=CMLP-AbbyyUsers,OU=ADMGMT,OU=Divisions,DC=TEST,DC=local

Resolution

In the Active Directory path field, specify the address of the domain controller where ABBYY FlexiCapture is installed. Example: place.organization.com
