Symptoms

In Web Capture Station of FlexiCapture Cloud, take the Verification Task, complete the Verification, click Complete Task. The browser will be closed automatically without any errors when the Complete Task button is clicked.

Cause

The above symptom happens only when using Internet Explorer. This is the compatibility issue between FlexiCapture Cloud Web Capture Station and Internet Explorer.

Resolution

It is recommended to use modern browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
