Yes, ABBYY Mobile Capture licenses can support multiple Application/Bundle IDs.

ABBYY Mobile Capture licenses contain information about the Application/Bundle IDs of the apps that can use them. However, all Application/Bundle IDs should be specified explicitly, i.e. a wildcard value like com.example.myapp.* cannot be used instead of com.example.myapp.id1 and com.example.myapp.id2.
