How to save the OCR project in FineReader PDF for Mac? 

Answer

To save the OCR project that is currently open, please follow the steps below:

1. In the File menu, select Save OCR Project... or Save OCR Project As....
2. If required, specify a name and storage location for the OCR project and click Save.

Before transferring the OCR project, for example, when the support team asks to provide the project for investigation, please compress (archive) it. Create a compressed folder from the saved OCR project: right-click the project file > Compress.

Note: The OCR project has the *.frdoc extension.

The previously saved document can be always opened to continue working with it.
