When opening documents scanned to Word, all text throughout the entire document is scanned into text boxes on each page.

How do I remove text from the text boxes without losing formatting?

Saving settings available in ABBYY FineReader for ScanSnap do not allow to change the document layout for documents, which are converted to Word:


You can only remove frames in MS Word after conversion.

To Remove a Frame From a Text Word Document:

1. Select the frame you want to remove.
2. Right-click, and select Format Frame from the context menu. 
3. In the popping-out Frame dialog, please click the Remove Frame button.
