How to enable HTTPS by default when launching Admin and Monitoring Console?

Answer

It's needed to modify the target in the properties of Administration and Monitoring Console located by default in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Servers
Replacing HTTP by HTTPS will allow launching that secured page by default.
