Issue

Before purchasing Finereader PDF 15, I already had the Screenshot Reader software. It seems the product I purchased already comes with it, so it seems I have two copies installed of the screenshot reader, and I don't know which to delete. 

Cause

Screenshot Reader can be a separate application that you have purchased and build in FineReader as an additional utility. Thus you can see 2 separate versions in your system tray that are running by default after system start up.

Resolution

In the Apps & features you can find a separate program ScreenshotReader, if it is installed on your computer and uninstall it if needed:

FineReader PDF 15 (14) contains bonus ScreenshotReader, which is a part of the main program. This bonus ScreenshotReade is installed and uninstalled with FineReader PDF 15 (14).
