Microsoft Visual C++ installer window is displayed incorrectly when installing FineReader PDF 15

Symptoms

When installing FineReader PDF 15, it is suggested to accept the terms of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable license. The terms cannot be accepted because the window is in small and does not expand:

Resolution

Try setting the default screen resolution to 100%.

You can also install Visual C++ Redistributable before installing FineReader PDF 15 as described in the article.

    Hello. When I reinstalled ABBY FineReader PDF, it also installed the following program twice: "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) - 14.0.24215". The first installation of the above program is 23.5 MB and the second is 19.5 MB.

    My questions are:

    (1) Do I need "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) - 14.0.24215" to be installed in order for ABBYY FineReader PDF to work?

    (2) Can I delete/ uninstall "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) - 14.0.24215" after I have installed ABBYY FineReader PDF?
