Problem

While installing FlexiCapture, the following situation with Windows Installer Coordinator may occur:

Installation could be frozen for a long time and nothing would happen.

Solution

In order to solve it, the Group Policy that disables Windows Installer Coordinator should be enabled. In order to do it, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools, click on Edit group policy:
   
2. Open Application Compatibility folder:
   
3. Right-click on Turn off Windows Installer RDS Compatibility and select Edit:
   
4. Change its state to Enabled:
