Symptoms

Conversion/comparison results are not saved when running the command-line interface. 

Cause

The license does not support corresponding features.

Resolution

Saving the results via the command line requires a suitable FineReader license: Extended CLI-enabled license. Such licenses are only available from the Sales Manager.

Please contact your Sales Manager or submit a request if this feature is needed.
