Can FlexiCapture 12 transform file name or extension during import?

Answer

No. If you observe that it means that filename or extension was transformed on some other stage, for example, on the e-mail server.

FlexiCapture 12 takes names even its contain specials symbols (e.g hieroglyphs, umlauts) and stores pristine.

Example: faktura květen 2021.pdf  becomes faktura kvÄ›ten 2021.pdf_ 

This is a clear sign that document will fall in exceptions.
