FineReader PDF for Windows and FineReader PDF for Mac are two different programs. They are designed for different versions of OS.

It is not possible to install the version for Windows on macOS or vice versa. And it is not possible to activate the version for macOS with a serial number from the Windows OS version or vice versa.

To use FineReader PDF software on both PC and Mac, separate licenses need to be acquired. Please note the differences in the functionality of the versions.
