Compatibility of FineReader for Mac with different macOS versions

Which macOS version can I install FineReader PDF or FineReader Pro on?

Answer

The current version of the software for Mac - FineReader PDF - is compatible with macOS 10.15 Catalina and later. We do not guarantee the compatibility of the software with earlier macOS versions. 

FineReader Pro is compatible with macOS 10.12 Sierra, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, macOS 10.14 Mojave, and macOS 10.15 Catalina (more details are published in the Specification article). The program may not fully support later versions of macOS.

If your Mac is running macOS version older than macOS 10.15 Catalina, we cannot provide you with the compatible ABBYY software.

Important! FineReader Pro for Mac is out of sale and will be discontinued in September 2021.
