What macOS versions are supported for the FineReader PDF for Mac of FineReader Pro for Mac program versions?

Answer

The FineReader PDF for Mac, the latest software version for Mac, is compatible with macOS® 12 and later, as specified in the Specifications for FineReader PDF for Mac®. The program is not compatible with earlier macOS versions and cannot be installed on a Mac running a macOS earlier than macOS® 12. 

To install FineReader PDF for Mac on a Mac, please make sure that the device meets the program system requirements.

The FineReader Pro for Mac program version is compatible with macOS® 10.15 Catalina, 10.14 Mojave, 10.13 High Sierra, and 10.12 Sierra, as specified in the FineReader Pro for Mac Specifications. The program is not fully compatible with the later macOS versions as described in the article: FineReader Pro for Mac and latest macOS.

Note: The FineReader Pro for Mac version is out of sale and discontinued in September 2021.
