In the scenario, when the locally stored project is uploaded to the Tenant in the Application Server, and then uploaded to another Tenant in the same Application Server, will the resulting two projects on the same Application Server, but in different Tenants have the same GUIDs?

Answer

Yes, the GUIDs of the projects will remain the same as a GUID of the original (locally stored) project.

The above is true under the assumption that the same project is not already uploaded to the same Tenants.
