How to combine several files into one document?

Answer

To combine several files into one document, please follow the steps below:

1. Launch FineReader PDF for Mac;
2. Click Advanced conversion > choose Import Images to New OCR Project; 
3. Choose several files to combine (press and hold the Command key, then click the files);
4. Click Open;
5. Make sure that recognition languages are correct and click Recognize;
   
6. Click Export > choose the format of a resulting file and click Next... > Export.
