How to change the area type in FineReader PDF for Mac?

Answer

To change the area type in the program, please do the following:

  1. Open the document in FineReader PDF and wait until the recognition process is completed. 
  2. Right-click on the area and change the area type using the icons on top:


  3. After changing the area type, go to the main menu and select Page > Recognize Selected Pages:
