How to merge PDFs in FineReader PDF for Mac?

To merge PDF files in FineReader PDF for Mac, follow these steps:

1. Disable the option Recognize newly added pages automatically:
   
2. Open a file via Advanced conversion > Import Images to New OCR Project.
3. Click on the Add pages > Import Images > select the file you want to merge > Open.
   The selected file will be added to the first file. To recognize the files, click on the Recognize. To proceed without recognizing, go to the next step.
4. To save the result, click on Export > PDF > select Document Type (if you didn't recognize the files, select Image-Only PDF; otherwise, the recognition will be initiated before saving) > Next.
